Trusted HVAC Service in Denver Tech Center

The Denver Tech Center is a business district, not a city. It started in 1962 on 40 acres along I-25 and became one of the first suburban office parks in the country. By 2023 it covered about 908 acres, roughly along the I-25 corridor between I-225 and Arapahoe Road. The office park itself spans parts of Denver and Greenwood Village, and residential areas around it reach into Centennial as well.

The homes closest to DTC are a mix of 1960s through 1980s single-family houses and townhomes and condos from the late 1970s into the early 2000s. In Hampden South, just north of the office park, the median home was built in 1971, and condo buildings range from the five-story Eastmoor Park building of 1974 to the 23-story Penterra Plaza completed in 2003. Southmoor Park, west of I-25, has 1970s and 1980s homes with multifamily housing toward Belleview.

Because DTC is not a municipality, permits and utilities depend on the address. Denver, Greenwood Village and Centennial each issue their own permits. Xcel Energy serves Denver and Greenwood Village, and Centennial homes may be on Xcel Energy or CORE Electric Cooperative.
